1    COUNCIL CABS & FLEXILINK SERVICES REVIEW
     Item not dealt with by Infrastructure & Services Committee. Referred to General
     Committee for consideration.
     Reason for referral: Infrastructure & Services Committee requested a further report
     providing more detailed information on costings, eligibility and criteria


2    NOOSA COUNCIL TRAFFIC ADVISORY AND SPEED MANAGEMENT COMMITTEE -
     AUGUST 2014
     That Council note the report by the Design Services Manager to the Infrastructure &
     Services Committee Meeting dated 9 December 2014 detailing the key outcomes of the
     Noosa Traffic Advisory and Speed Management Committee meeting held on 14 August
     2014.


3    NOOSA SOCIAL PLAN 2016-2023 - WAY FORWARD
     That Council note the report by the Community Development Coordinator to the
     Infrastructure & Services Committee Meeting dated 9 December 2014 and
     A.    Agree that work commence on developing a new Noosa Social Plan 2016 -2023
     B.    Approve the proposed membership of the Noosa Social Plan Reference Group as per
           Attachment 1


4    ANNUAL DISASTER MANAGEMENT REPORT 2014
     That Council note the report by the Director Community Services to the Infrastructure &
     Services Committee dated 9 December 2014 and:
     A.    Appoint members to the Noosa Local Disaster Management Group (LDMG) for 2015
           as set out in Attachment 1; and
     B.    Request the Local Disaster Coordinator in liaison with the Noosa LDMG to develop a
           Noosa Local Disaster Management Plan for adoption by Council prior to 30 June
           2015.


5    WASTE COLLECTION SERVICES POLICY
     Item not dealt with by Infrastructure & Services Committee. Referred to General
     Committee for consideration.
     Reason for referral: Infrastructure & Services Committee requested a further report
     outlining suggested amendments to the Policy
