NOOSA PARADE, NOOSA HEADS (COUNCIL REFERENCE: MCU/25/0053)
In accordance with Section 32.4 of the Development Assessment Rules and on behalf of Seymour
Leisure Pty Ltd Trustee under Instrument 721580393 (the ‘Applicant’) we wish to give notice that the
Applicant has elected to stop the current period, being the information response period.
The Applicant’s information response period is stopped for a period of 30 business days, starting the
day after the date of this letter, to 10 September 2025. The Applicant has not previously stopped a
current period for this development application and therefore a period of up to 130 business days is
currently available as per Section 32.6 of the Development Assessment Rules.
