With regards to overlooking, the amended plans demonstrated that the proposed rooftop terrace
will no longer create opportunities for overlooking of the private open space or views into habitable
windows/doors of neighbouring properties. This has been achieved by:
Setting the rooftop terrace balustrade 3m back from the northern building edge with planters,
1.5m from the eastern edge and 4m from the southern edge; and
Inclusion of a privacy screen on the rooftop terrace on the northern side for 68 Seaview
Terrace and western side for 69 and 67 Seaview Terrace.
