           An assessment against State code 8: Coastal development and tidal works (State code 8)
           was not provided, and it is unclear from the application material how the proposed works
           meet the performance outcomes (PO) of State code 8.

               Action:
               Please provide a response to the latest version of State code 8, identifying how the
               proposed development meets the PO’s. The latest version of State code 8 is available at:
