REASON FOR CLOSED SESSION
This report was considered in closed session in accordance with Section 254J (3) of the Local Government
Regulation 2012, which permits the meeting to be closed to the public for business relating to the
following:
(h) negotiations relating to the taking of land by the local government under the Acquisition of
      Land Act 1967.
