We are writing this submission to support the development application currently
being advertised for the Essence of Peregian Beach development.
Having viewed the plans, we support this application as the incorporation of the
motel and conference centre will be very well located on this site and will be a point
of difference to the other accommodation available in Peregian Beach.
The plans show adequate parking provisions and the differential    in the housing
options will be well received in the market.
