I wish to show my support for the MCU16/0153 and REC16/0041 being
advertised for the development of the balance land at 215 David Low Way
Peregian Beach.

I am in favour of this development being approved on the grounds that it
will have minimal visible impact from street level, the design and product
mix is appropriate for this area and consideration for parking, pathways,
connectivity and landscaping have all been addressed adequately.

The development has considered the adjoining Rufous Street upgrades
and proposed commercial uses for the Digital IT Hub which will be highly
complimentary to Council's intended outcomes for this precinct.
