            Lot 6 on RP112875

In accordance with section 260 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 (SPA), please
find enclosed a ‘properly made’ development application for Material Change of
Use & Operational Works (Multiple Housing – Type 2 Duplex), on the
abovementioned sites.

Please find enclosed the following in support of the application:
           Completed IDAS Forms Part 1, Part 5 and Part 6;
           Signed Land Owner's Consent Form; and
           One (1) copy of ADAMS + SPARKES Town Planning Report.

Payment of $3,703.00, being the applicable fee under the 2016/2017 Schedule of
Fees and Charges will be paid upon receiving an invoice from Council.
