We write on behalf of Natalie Anne Godwin and Shawn Godwin (“the Applicant”) regarding the development
application made over the abovementioned land.

The development application is currently in Part 5 – Decision of the development assessment process. We
hereby provide notice to stop the assessing authority’s current period for five (5) business days as follows:

   The current period will stop on 25 January 2023;
   The current period will recommence on 02 February 2023; and
   Pursuant to s.32.6(b) of the Development Assessment Rules the cumulative period will reduce to 90
    business days.
