we Opal Lane residents object to to proposed carwash in Elm & Opal streets ! this area has two service stations two Bus stops a Bowling club and Railway station all within a 60mt area of this plan . This area is a hard enough road to cross with No safety for pedestrians anytime of day ! Noise with these vacuum cleaners and blow dryers going after hours mixed in with what’s already here is totally unnecessary . extra lighting extra traffic in Diamond lane which in a single lane ! No parking for parent drop-off ! Opal street is already a race track for people cutting the intersection to get through to Tewantin road .. Big No from us .
