Public Notification
Development Permit for Material Change of Use of Premises for Industrial
Business Type 1 Warehouse, Industrial Business Type 2 Production, Alteration,
Repackaging & Repairing, Retail Business Type 2 Shop & Salon, Retail Business
Type 5 Vehicle Uses, Retail Business Type 6 Hardware Store and Entertainment &
Dining Business Type 1 Food & Beverages on land at 139 Eumundi Noosa Road
and 30 Lionel Donovan Drive, Noosaville

I, Peter Folker, have undertaken the following public notification actions in
accordance with the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 with respect to the above
application:

       Published a notice in the Sunshine Coast Daily on 9 April 2015;
       Placed three (3) notices on the land in the way prescribed under a
        regulation on 9 April 2015; and
       Notified the owners of all land adjoining the site on 8 April 2015.
