Physical loss of, damage to or destruction of the Property Insured, from an event not otherwise excluded by
the Policy, as a result of the Insured complying with his/their obligations under the Maintenance/Defects
Liability provisions of the contract or agreement.

INTEREST INSURED All Contracts and/or Work of every kind and description undertaken by or for the Insured during the Policy Period in connection with their Business as defined, including all Contracts: 1. in progress at commencement of the Policy Period; 2. that commence during the Policy Period; 3. that are in maintenance/defects liability period during Policy Period in accordance with the obligations of the maintenance/defects liability clauses of any Contract(s) or agreement(s). TERRITORIAL LIMITS Anywhere in the Commonwealth of Australia, including Material Stored Off Site and whilst in Inland Transit (which includes coastal marine and inland waterway shipments) between any places therein, and worldwide in respect of Section 2 (Maintenance/Defects Liability Period).
