            1. INTRODUCTION
            RECOR has been commissioned to prepare a Stormwater Management Report to
            accompany a development application for a proposed residential duplex development in
            Doonella Street, Tewantin.

            This report examines the stormwater management considerations for the existing and
            proposed development site and assesses how the run-off from the site is to be managed in
            accordance with Noosa Shire Council requirements for stormwater drainage.


            2. SITE DETAILS

            The site is made up of two adjoining properties, Lot 4 on T16337 (no. 53) and Lot 5 on
            RP73672 (no. 55). The site and neighbouring properties to the east and west are zoned
            medium density residential. The site is bounded to the south by Lake Doonella.

            Lot 4 on T16337 is accessed from the 14.77m frontage at 53 Doonella Street. The site has
            an area covering 642.4m² and currently houses a detached dwelling on the northern end of
            the site, and predominately grassed at the southern end of the site. The site has total
            impervious area of 200.2m², made up of 166.2m² of roof and 34m² of paved areas.
