Good Day Andrew,

In relation to the abovementioned property, on behalf of Sunshine Beach Surf Life Saving Club Inc., we
hereby submit a Minor Change Application in accordance with Schedule 2 of the Planning Act 2016 for
MCU17/0024.03.

This report and its accompanying appendices are provided to explicitly replace all documentation
previously submitted for the Minor Change Application MCU17/0024.03.

The purpose of this application is to amend existing noise Condition 8 and delete Conditions 9, 10, and
11, establishing a more effective and enforceable noise management framework through Close External
Monitoring Locations (CEMLs) and the venue's Risk Assessed Management Plan (RAMP
