Development Application - Material Change of Use Transport Type 2 Carpark over land
described as Lot 5 on SP213104 and located at 4-8 Lower Mill Road, Cooroy and Lot 7 on
SP173771 and located at 16 Lower Mill Road, Cooroy.

Please find enclosed a development application that has been prepared in accordance with the
Planning Act 2016 and lodged with your Council as the Assessment Manager of this application.

The enclosed development application includes:
           1.       Proposal Report and Attachments;
           2.       Proposal Plan/s;
           3.       Completed IDAS Form 1 and owners consent
The applicant will transfer Councils fee to the relevant Department following confirmation of the application
number and fees.
