      Procedural Motion
      Moved:         Cr Wilkie
      Seconded:      Cr Finzel
      That the matter lay on the table until the Ordinary Meeting dated 16 March 2023 to allow
      Councillors to discuss budget implications.
      For:           Crs Jurisevic, Stewart, Finzel, Wegener and Wilkie
      Against:       Crs Stockwell and Lorentson
                                                                                     Carried.


The meeting adjourned at 2.12pm.
The meeting resumed at 2.20pm
