We advise that the Hastings Park Body Corporate propose to undertake footpath access works at
the entrance to the existing development at 81 Hastings Street Noosa Heads (Hastings Park).

Following discussions with the NSC, and on behalf of the Hastings Park Body Corporate we submit
an Operational Works application for these proposed works.

Please refer attached a copy of the Form 1 Application and a copy of drawings with works proposed.

Due to the nature of the works can you please advise on an application fee to reflect the extent of
work proposed.

Due to the arrangement of the existing footpath it is proposed that the access path is upgraded
and widened to allow easier access to the development rather that up the driveway which it is
intended to closed off with a vehicle barrier.

It is proposed to commence these works in the first week of February 2019.

We confirm that the Hastings Park Body Corporate will be funding these works. The contractor
proposed to undertake these works is Carrier Constructions from Sunshine Beach.
