Notice to Suspend Applicant’s Appeal Period under Section 126 of the Planning Act
for MCU21/0043 – 24 Kamo Lane, Cootharaba.

We act on behalf of the applicants Dalma and Wayne Dunn in relation to the
abovementioned development approval. In accordance with Section 126 of the Planning
Act, we hereby request to suspend the applicant’s appeal period so that further
representations may be made to negotiate the infrastructure charge notice assigned to this
development.
