Comment
The proposed development seeks to create one (1) additional Low Density
Residential allotment, suitable for the siting and construction of a low density
residential dwelling, which is consistent with the residential character of the
surrounding locality. A dwelling house can be appropriately sited and
designed on unconstrained land and is able to achieve suitable access to the
road network and infrastructure services.
Each proposed Lot achieves the required minimum lot size of 600m²,
ensuring that the proposed subdivision is sympathetic to the existing scale
and character of the surrounding locality.
Overall, the proposed development is consistent with the purpose and overall
outcomes specified within the Low Density Residential Zone Code.
