4.5 SUMMARY OF DUST IMPACT ASSESSMENT

The results of the detailed dust modelling indicate that the proposed eight shed
poultry farm can be operated in compliance with the relevant air quality objectives
and thus not cause unreasonable health or amenity impacts at surrounding sensitive
receptors.

On the basis of the assessment conducted, it is recommended that the proposed
development be approved with reasonable and relevant conditions in relation to dust
impacts as would be expected for any development of this nature.
