8. SERVICES
Expansive or collapsing soils require special considerations at service connections to
ensure flexibility to prevent damage or breakage. In areas where known expansive or
collapsing soils are present flexible connections and impervious plugs shall be provided
to all services including all drainage, stormwater and septic system.
