RE: Development Application for a Material Change of Use for a Dwelling House at 142 Playfords Road

KIN KIN (MCU21/0094).



Dear Wil,

Pursuant to Section 52(1) of the Planning Act please accept the accompanying plans and this notice as our

request to change the application.



The change has occurred as a result of SARAs advice which was received on 28 July which noted that the

estimated financial offsets as a result of the current application would be significant.

As a result, changes have occurred and are summarised below:

        The proposed shed has been co-located behind the proposed dwelling house;

        The dwelling house has been setback from its current location over the waterbody by 6m to minimise

         costs;

        The shed includes a driveway which will connect to the existing 3.5-4m vehicle tracks on-site; and

        The secondary dwelling no longer forms part of this application due to the financial offsets also

         attributed to this structure
