            Section 297 of the Sustainable Planning Act with respect to the above application:


                          Published a notice in the Sunshine Coast Daily on 5th February, 2013.
                ~         Placed a notice on the land in the way prescribed under a regulation on
                          4th February, 2013.
                ~         Notified the owners of all land adjoining the site on 4th February, 2013.


            The last day the above actions were carried out: 5th February, 2013.
