          Seconded:       Cr Frank Wilkie
          I move that the operation of the Standing Orders or any relevant provision thereof be
          suspended to allow:
              1. the Mayor, who is standing down at the upcoming elections, to farewell
                 Council; and
              2. Council to move 2 motions of condolence.

          That Council move a motion of condolence on the passing of Pomona resident
          Brian Lawson, acknowledging Brian’s significant contribution to the Noosa
          Community.
