Dear Patrick,

On behalf of our client Altum Properties No.9 Pty Ltd, we hereby lodge a request to change a development approval
(other change) by introducing a new parcel of land and increasing the number of Multiple Dwellings from 34 multiple
dwellings to 53 multiple dwellings over the above-mentioned properties.
Please find enclosed the following documents and supporting information for Council’s assessment:
     Application Forms – DA Forms 1 & 5
     Owners Consent and title searches
     Town Planning Report
     Architectural and landscape plans
     Specialist reporting
The application fee for the subject application is $23,732.00 as agreed by Council via email dated 15 July 2021 (This email
was cc’d to Antoinette Becker). We would appreciate if Council could forward an invoice to the undersigned so that we
