3. CONCLUSION & REASONS FOR DECISION
It is concluded that the amended plans satisfactorily address Council’s required amendments to
the plans of development regarding the northern driveway design, building height, and provision of
an awning. Amendments are also warranted to provide greater clarity in the wording of conditions
regarding the required colour scheme, performance bond and acid sulfate soils. However, the
condition requiring the Bunnings Warehouse to comply with the development approval is
reasonable and relevant and should be maintained.
