Applicant’s Response to Item 4: The applicant considers that there is sufficient housing available in
the area for use by permanent residents


The applicant considers that they have now responded to Council’s information request. Would you please
provide us with a list of adjoining owners so we can commence public notification of the application.

I also wish to confirm withdrawal of our request to stop the current period lodged 13th September 2021. .
