1.0          Introduction
1.1          Project Context
RPS Economics was engaged by NKS Corporation to provide two assessments of the proposed 175 Eumundi
Noosa Road, Noosaville development:
 the need for an additional fuel service station (“service station”) within the Study Area; and
 the potential impact of the proposed convenience shop retail floor space delivered as part of the service
  station.
This report has been prepared by RPS for Asher Capital in response to a request for information from Noosa
Shire Council (Council).

The proposed Asher Capital development is located at 175 Eumundi-Noosa Road in the suburb of Noosaville.
It is located on the southern side of the Road, directly opposite Bunnings Warehouse and located as part of
business enterprise and employment activities currently zoned for Industry.
