                 Notice of compliance with public notification requirements
                             Secfion 18.1 of the Developmenf Assessment Rules

ln accordance with section 18.1 of the Development Assessment Rules, l, Frith Amelia BROPHY, of
Advertising Contractors, of 36 ldolwood Street, Eastern Heights in the State of Queensland as the Agent for
the Applicant wish to advise that public notification for this development application was undertaken from
Wednesday, 1st April 2020 to Tuesday, 28th April 2020 in compliance with the requirements of section 17 and
Schedule 3 of the Development Assessment Rules :-

I confirm the following public notification actions were undertaken for the above application:

       (a) the application was advertised in the "Noosa News" newspaper on Tuesday, 31't March 2A2A;
       (b) a notice in the prescribed form was posted on the relevant land at 11.32amon Tuesday, 31"1
              March 2A2A on the frontage to Russell Street, Noosaville; the sign was maintained for fifteen
              (1,5) business days until Wednesday, 29th April 2020, when it was removed; closing date for
              receipt of objections being the 28th April 2020; photograph of the public notice sign erected at
              the site is attached hereto as Appendix l;

       (c)     the page from the newspaper containing the public notice and a copy of the wording of the
              ,public notice erected on the land are attached respectively as Appendix ll.

       (d) Adjoining landowners were served notice by Ethos Urban and they will provide copies of
               relevant information;
