6. CONCLUSION

This planning report has been prepared on behalf of Courtney Family Investments Pty Ltd, in support of an
application for a Development Permit for Reconfiguration of a Lot by Urban Subdivision (1 Lot into 2 Lots) on
land described as Lot 1 on RP174646, situated at 9 Butler Street, Tewantin QLD 4565.


The intent of the application seeks approval for a reconfiguration of one (1) lot into two (2) lots.


The site is included within the Low Density Residential Zone, whereby the proposed development is consistent
and Code Assessable.


The proposal is considered consistent with relevant state planning provisions and demonstrates compliance
with the applicable local planning provisions.


Thus, on behalf of Courtney Family Investments Pty Ltd it is recommended that Council issue approval for a
Development Permit for Reconfiguration of a Lot by Urban Subdivision (1 Lot into 2 Lots) subject to reasonable
and relevant conditions.
