    Minor Change Application
    Lot 13 SP 170295 - OPW19/0203

On behalf of our Client, 64 Gateway Drive Pty Ltd, we would like to submit a minor change
application for your consideration. This application is to support a drainage line repositioning in
Gateway Drive from the original approved plans submitted.

Please find attached relevant documents for your reference:
   - IDAS Application Form - 18556 - Gateway Dv IDAS Form5-Change of OPW-v1.2
   - TOD Consulting Amended Plans; 18556–C101_H, C109_F, C117_G, C119_G & C121_F
   - TOD Consulting existing plans (unchanged); 18556–C122_C

The proposed change is to delete the pipe between the two new gully pits at the cul-de-sac and
connect the second gully pit directly to the new manhole over the exiting stormwater pipe within
the development site, thereby avoiding having to dig up the road pavement in the cul-de-sac. The
catchment reporting to the existing 1050 stormwater pipe is unchanged, as shown on the
catchment plans C121 and C122.
