Re: Notice of Compliance of Public Notification (Section 301)
Application for Material Change of Use of Premises
Industrial Business Type 2 & Entertainment & Dining Business Type 1
and Development Permit for Operational Works - Stormwater, Drainage Works,
Earthworks & Landscaping described as Lot 4 on SP244573

In accordance with Chapter 6, Part 4 Division 2 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009,
Stephen Vlatko-Rulo declares that the Public Notification has been undertaken and
completed for the above-mentioned application. In undertaking Public Notification,
we advise that:-

(a) the notice was published in the Sunshine Coast Daily on 14 November 2016
(a copy of the newspaper advertisement is attached); .
and

(b) a notice in the prescribed form under the Sustainable Planning Regulation
2009, was posted on the frontages of the land on 14 November 2016 and
maintained until 5 December 2016. Photos of the sign/s erected on the land
are attached.

and

(c) anotice was served on all adjoining land owners as attached on 9
November 2016 a copy of the letters sent are attached.
