      Management of the property will be in line with Noosa Council Local Laws regulations
       for short-term rental properties;
      A Code of Conduct and Management Agreement will be provided to all guests;
      All guests must agree to the rules of the property at the time of booking;
      The 2 bay garage and associated driveway is provided to guests for parking;
      No events, weddings, parties, or the like are to occur on the premises;
      The alfresco and pool are located at the rear of the property and screened from view by
       existing landscaping and fencing;
      The property is fully fenced and landscaped.
