   2.2. Site Description
   The subject site is located on the corner of Lowry St and David Low Way, gaining vehicle
   access from Lowry Street.
   The four bedrooms are located on the top floor whilst the garage, living and dining areas are
   located on the ground floor of the premises.
   Private open spaces associated with the dwelling house are located at the rear of the property
   (opposite to the Lowry Street frontage).
   2.3. Surrounding Land Uses
   The subject site has two adjoining neighbours: 4 Lowry Street & 53 Kestrel Crescent, both of
   which are used as Dwelling Houses. The site is also in proximity to the following holiday
   accommodation (located on the other side of David Low Way): Peregian Court, Beachcomber
   Peregian Beach, Hideaway Noosa Men’s Only Beach resort, Glen Eden Beach Resort, and
   The Retreat Beach Houses.
