Dear Sir/Madam,

RE: 1/20 NANNYGAI STREET NOOSAVILLE DESCRIBED AS LOT 1 ON SP297681
APPLICATION FOR SHORT TERM ACCOMMODATION - MCU 20/0119 – FUTHER INFORMATION

I refer to the above development application for short term accommodation at 1/20 Nannygai Street,
Noosaville and wish to respond to a number of the issues that have been raised as part of public
notification of the proposal. Specifically we wish to provide the following comments:

 Non-compliance with development approval: The owner of the premises bought the unit with
the understanding that the relevant planning and building approvals were in place. The owner
was not advised that the conversion of the bike storage area to a media room by the original
developer was not approved. The applicant is willing to remove the walls of the media room
that face the garage and convert the area back to a storage area as approved. Attachment A
provides an amended plan in this regard.
 The adjoining unit is currently rented out as detailed in Attachment B.
 The short term accommodation is to be managed by Noosa Luxury Holidays who have strict
management guidelines for bookings that restrict guest numbers and functions on the site.
Attachment C provides a copy of the booking confirmation.
 The premises have not been used for short term accommodation to date with the owner utilizing
the premises over the holiday period. Refer Attachment D for confirmation from Aspire
          Property Management.
 The applicant is willing to accept conditions as part of any approval that limit the use of outdoor
          areas after certain times.
 The applicant is willing to accept conditions limiting the number of guests on site.

Please contact our Sunshine Coast office if you require any further information and/or clarification.

Yours faithfully,
