                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      REINSTATEMENT WORKS
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      The Contractor will be responsible for the reinstatement of any surfaces, items, structures or anything disturbed or
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      damaged as a result of the execution of the works by them or their sub-contractors. Remove any debris, spoil,
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      surplus materials from the site responsibly. Damage caused by vandalism or third parties shall be rectified and
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      treated as a variation subject to written approval from the client.

                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      CONTRACT VARIATIONS
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      Any variation to the contract must be made in writing by the Client or nominated agent. Any variation to agreed
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      schedule of rates shall not be considered unless the Contractor has written approval from the Client to carry out
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      such additional work or variation prior to the work being carried out. The whole of the contract including
                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                      maintenance shall be completed to the satisfaction of the Client.
