RECOMMENDATION

That Council, with regard to Application No OPW11/0301.01, agree to the request to extend the
relevant period of Development Permit for Operational Works (Prescribed Tidal Works –
Extensions of Pontoons for moorings) for a further 2 years and amend Condition 18 to read as
follows:

18.   The Development Permit for Operational Works lapses if the works have not been
      completed by 31 January 2016, unless an application to extend the currency is approved
      by Council.
