described as Lot 2 on RP173876
In accordance with Section 260 of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 and on behalf of Denmac
Nominees Pty Ltd, please find attached an ‘Impact Assessable’ development application for a Service
Station and Food and Drink Outlet over land at 140-142 Eumundi Noosa Road, Noosaville, formally
described as Lot 2 on RP173876.
We enclose the following information in support of the application:
   IDAS Form 1 (Application Details), together with the requisite owners consent;

   IDAS Form 5 (Material Change of Use Assessable Against a Planning Scheme);

   IDAS Form 6 (Building or Operational Work Assessable Against a Planning Scheme;

   Development Assessment Report comprising of:

    -    Town Planning Report prepared by Urbis;

    -    Volume 1 – Architectural Plans and Drawings prepared Thomas Adsett;

    -    Volume 2 – Landscape Design Concept prepared by Urbis;

    -    Volume 3 – Civil Engineering Services Report by Lambert & Rehbein;

    -    Volume 4 – Traffic Impact Assessment Report prepared by Lambert & Rehbein; and

    -    Volume 5 – Stormwater Management Plan prepared by Lambert & Rehbein.
