NOISE LEVEL IMAPCT Eastern Boundary The noise level reduction from 15 metres from the eastern end of the Allstar Metal Fabrication building to the closest part of the eastern site boundary (approximately 80 metres distant) is 14.5 dB(A). For the average source noise level measurements detailed in Table 2, these noise levels at the closest part of the eastern boundary of the subject site would be: • 43.6 – 14.5 = 29 dB(A) LAeq,15min; • 49.8 – 14.5 = 35 dB(A) LA1,15min; • 45.8 – 14.5 = 31 dB(A) LA10,15min. For noise from Allstar Metal Fabrication to not be audible beyond the boundaries of the subject site the noise from Allstar Metal Fabrication must not exceed: • 42 dB(A) LAeq,15min; • 54 dB(A) LA1,15min; • 44 dB(A) LA10,15min.
