     Conduct of Councillors for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022                       Response

     The number of notices given under section 150S(2)(a) of the LG Act.                     Nil

     The number of decisions made under section 150W(1)(a), (b) and (e) of the LG Act.       Nil

     The number of referral notices accompanied by a recommendation mentioned in             Nil
     section 150AC(3)(a) of the LG Act.

     The number of occasions information was given under section 150AF(4)(a) of the LG       Nil
     Act.

     The number of occasions the local government asked another entity to investigate,       Nil
     under chapter 5A, part 3, division 5 of the LG Act for the local government, the
     suspected inappropriate conduct of a Councillor.

     The number of applications heard by the conduct tribunal under chapter 5A, part         Nil
     3, division 6 of the LG Act about whether a Councillor engaged in misconduct or
     inappropriate conduct.
