This Enduring Power of Attorney is made on the ft teenth day of August
1992, by CARESS MAREE MACALLISTER of Unit 18 26 Lower River Terrace South
Brisbane in accordance with Section 175A of the Property Law Act
1974-1990.

1. I appoint my father IAN DOUGLAS FERGUSON MACALLISTER and my
mother JOY ELIZABETH MACALLISTER both of "Cedar Glen" Levitt Road, Upper
Kedron in the State of Queensland jointly and severally to be my

attommeys.

2. I authorize my attorneys to do on my behalf anything that I my
lawfully authorize an attorney to do.

3. I declare that this power of attorney shall continue to operate
and have full force and effect notwithstanding that I may subsequently
become incapable.
