We refer to Council's Decision Notice for Development Application MCU26/0060 dated 2 September 2026.

Pursuant to section 75(2) of the Planning Act 2016, the Applicant hereby gives notice that it intends to make change representations in relation to the development approval and accordingly elects to suspend the appeal period applicable to the approval.

The Applicant will submit change representations to Council for consideration in accordance with the provisions of the Planning Act 2016.
