            of Use of the above property including:


            1.         IDAS Development Application Forms 1, 5 and 25.


            2.         A cheque for $7,563.00; made payable to Sunshine Coast Regional Council;
                       being the application fees.

            3.         Five copies of the Planning                    Report, including the Proposal Plans (Ref: 11-
                       3121AA and the Aquaculture Operations Management Plan.


            4.         A CD containing the Application, Planning Report and Proposal Plans in PDF
                       format.


            Fees: On behalf of the applicant I request a partial waiver of the application fees, as
            the applicant believes that the amount of the fees may be unreasonable when
            considering the extent of work required to assess the application.
