Kerri has confirmed the MCU fee using the café/restaurant use rather than the bar use is: $9,913 (industry) +
$5,515 (impact cafe/restaurant) = $15,428.

Strategic Planning will put a report to Council’s October round of meetings. The proposed gazettal date is 28th
October.
