  Noosa Shire Council and other local organisations

7 Website will offer history, marketing and will collect payments and donations regarding the
  hall.

8 Website construction has commenced and expected to be published and operational by April
  2017.

9 Production of a leaflet that can be offered in local information kiosks, local businesses, at
  exhibitions and festivals. Constructed as attached in appendix and ready for commercial
  printing.

10 Editorials and media release in local papers ongoing from date of incorporation. Wonderful
   assistance and support has been received and welcomed by the association.

11 Facebook and other such media via CMHA Inc.’s own page and other community Facebook
    entries; https://www.facebook.com/cooroymemorialhallassociationinc now constructed
    and updated regularly.

“Looks like some good response on the Chamber FB page, just about 3000 people reached so far.

I forgot to mention yesterday, and I am sure Danielle may have mentioned it in relation to chamber but I
am happy to put anything I can on the Cooroy App – it’s actually leased by the Chamber but I do all the
updating so it might be something else to put in for the council when you talk about marketing and we
can put the events etc. on there as they come up.

I also run a number of email newsletter lists for local businesses either through Chamber, Danielle &
Firefly solutions or my own business and would be happy to lend my experience in this as part of a
