                Operational Works Application – Civil Works for 10 Lot Subdivision

Please find attached Development Application for your processing, including the following
documentation in support of our Operational Works Application for works associated with the
above development:

       -   21556 - 25 Pavilion Street Pomona - DAForm1-version 1.3
       -   Tod Drawings – ref 21556 – C001-C500 and SWCAL rev A
       -   Concept electrical drawing by Ampflo.

Please note that verbal consent has been obtained from the neighbouring property to the north
to extend fill into their property. A formal agreement of this consent will be provided in due
course. Note that filling to the full extent of the road reserve to future road levels and the
adjacent lots is necessary to avoid a mis-match between the future road level and verge
adjacent to lot 6 & 7 and the need for retaining walls in this location.

Likewise agreement has been reach with the Pomona Showgrounds for the gravity sewer to
cross their land, formal documentation of this agreement will be provided in due course.
We also advise that landscaping plans will be lodged as a separate Operational Works
Application.

Could you please advise the fee applicable for this application so we can arrange payment at
our earliest.
