3    FINANCIAL PERFORMANCE REPORT – JANUARY 2015
     That Council note the report by the Director Corporate Services to the General Committee
     Meeting dated 9 February 2015 providing the January 2015 monthly financial performance
     report.




4    SUNDALE GARDEN VILLAGE
     – PLANNING & ENVIRONMENT COURT APPEAL NO. D215/2012
     That Council note the report by the Manager, Planning & Environment regarding Planning &
     Environment Court Appeal No. D215/2012 and authorise the Chief Executive Officer to
     finalise the appeal generally in accordance with the conditions contained in the Planning &
     Organisation Committee Agenda dated 3 February 2015.




5    KIN KIN QUARRY – PROPOSED
     BREACH ACTION TC 1899
     That Council note the report by the Manager, Planning & Environment to the General
     Committee Meeting dated 9 February 2015 and resolve to address the breach of the
     development approval and conditions of the Kin Kin Quarry by Neilsens by instructing officers
     to take action in accordance with Options 1 and 3 outlined in the report.




Recommendation

The General Committee recommendations dated 9 February 2015 be adopted except where dealt
with or held over by separate resolution.
