                 RE:         PUBLIC NOTIFICATION OF DEVELOPMENT APPLICATION
                 Development    Application.   Material Change of Use of Premises - Animal Husbandry Type 1 - Traditional
                 (Aquaculture)  situated at 3/15 & 4/15 Production Stree~ Noosaville, Old 4566: MCU14/0096,

                 Our firm has been engaged as the town planning consultants for the lodgement and management of the above
                 development application currently under assessment by Noosa Couool as the Assessment Manager under the
                 Sustainable Planning Act 2009.

                 In accordance with the provisions of the Sustainable Planning Act 2009, the appiication is required to undergo public
                 notification which includes giving a notice to the owners of all land adjoining the proposed development s~e.

                 The applicant hereby gives you notice of the above development application over land which adjoins your property and
                 wishes to inform you that you have the opportunity to examine the proposal in detail at Council's offices. A copy of the
                 Public Notice for the above proposal is enclosed to assist you in this regard. Should you wish to make a submission in
                 response to the above proposal, the Sustainable Planning Act 2009 requires, among other things, that a property made
                 submission is made to the Assessment Manager and:

                       (a)    is in writing and is signed by each person making the submission; and
                       (b)    is received by the Assessment Manager on or before the date indicated by the Public Notice; and
                       (c)    slates the name and address of each person making the submission: and
                       (d)    states the grounds of the submission and the facts and circumstances relied on in support of the grounds.

                 Please note:
                    •       written submissions may be made electronically; and
                    •       electronic submissions are to be sent to [email protected], and
                    •       all submissions, including individual submitter's particulars, will be published on Council's website (PO Online)
                            and therefore will be accessible to intemet search engines
