9 February 2023 3.1.3 Basement Pump Systems 3.1.3.1 General The basement pump systems are provided for minor basement drainage and do not form part of the overall stormwater network for the site. All site stormwater from the roof, ground level areas and bioretention basins gravity drains to the lawful point of discharge. Maintenance requirements of the basement pump systems will be as per the maintenance manuals provided by the pump supplier. The requirements of the pump maintenance manuals are to be followed with regards to frequency of inspections and maintenance requirements. The pump manuals are to be appended to this report once received.
