         Issue
         The submitted material does not include sufficient detail on the proposed construction
         methodology for the construction of the excavation and the basement retaining structures

         9. Provide additional detail on the proposed construction methodology for the construction
         of the excavation and the basement retaining structures. Please note that the works
         must not impact on any adjoining infrastructure, buildings or vegetation. All retaining
         works and anchors systems, both above and below ground, both temporary or
         permanent, must be wholly contained within the subject site.
